If you are interested in a grid-interactive wind turbine to help reduce your power bill a Skystream 3.7 by Southwest Windpower is a good economical choice for the average home owner or small business. A single Skystream 3.7 will produce anywhere from 20 – 80% of a small residential home depending on the available wind resources in your area and the home's energy needs. The Skystream 3.7 will produce 1.9 kW in a 21 mph breeze or 2.6 kW in a 28 mph wind.
