Shipping Information:

We at Green Team Direct make every effort to ship items timely. Most orders ship with in five days after the receipt of your order. If shipping delays occur we will promptly notify you via e-mail .

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Green Team Direct. If the return is authorized, the buyer will be issued a return authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly marked on the package. Only the purchasing Customer may return Products to Green Team Direct. Green Team Direct will credit the purchase price of all normally stocked merchandise returned in new condition, in original packaging, within 10 days of purchase. No item will be accepted for return after 10 days. All items must be returned freight-prepaid and insured. Items not in salable condition, not normally stocked, and special-order items, such as appliances, trackers and other custom electronics, may not be returned for credit. Product returned to Green Team Direct that is damaged due to customer error or misuse will be held for 30 days. Customer will be contacted and advised of no credit for returned and damaged Product, and must make arrangements for Product pickup. After 30 days, all such Products will be disposed of without further liability to Green Team Direct. All warranty issues must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All orders placed by Customer will be binding even if no express written order confirmation is given by Green Team Direct. Written order confirmations by Green Team Direct will be binding for Green Team Direct. All orders must include delivery dates, quantities and complete description of Products or item code being purchased. There will be a 15% cancellation fee for orders that (i) are changed more than 24 hours after placement of orders, or (ii) have already been shipped, or (iii) have already been placed with and confirmed by the manufacturer of Products.

Green team Direct is not obligated to sell any merchandise listed on our web site. We make every attempt to ensure our prices are competitive and correct, however, Green Team Direct is not obligated to honor incorrect pricing listed on our website. If Customer has paid for a product listed on our web site and Green Team Direct is unable fulfill the obligation, the Customer will be promptly notified and the full purchase price will be returned.
